1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED/READY FOR IN STORE PICK UP?
If you have chosen the Local Delivery option during checkout we aim to book your delivery slot for same/next day delivery unless otherwise specified in the order notes depending on when the order was placed. One of our colleagues will contact you to confirm the day and hour you would prefer to receive your order. Please note that not all London Postcodes have availability for delivery. If you have chosen the Local Pickup option during checkout we will have your order ready for collection next day or same day if the order is placed before 12PM. One of our colleagues will be in contact to confirm when your order will be ready to be picked up from the shop.
2. I HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING, CAN I STILL ADD IT TO MY ORDER?
If you have forgotten some products but have already gone through checkout please contact us via phone or email with your order number ready so that we can choose the best option to add any missing items to your order.
3. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER/I AM UNHAPPY WITH SOME PRODUCTS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone with your order reference number. Please note that if you need to cancel your order within 2 hours before the booked delivery time we will not be able to refund the delivery cost. If you are unhappy with a product or you have received a damaged product please contact us providing a reason and pictures as necessary, and we will proceed with a refund if this falls under our Terms of Service.
4. DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE LONDON?
Delivery outside London might be possible for dry, non-perishable items with a courier of our choice. Come visit us in store or send us an email to discuss which options are available.
